A fantastic stay for short stay, magnificent and particularly good location. Location right by many restaurants, stores and other hotels as well as the beautiful downtown area. Also, in the middle of jackson.

The rooms are good-sized and brand-new with the television, kitchenette, 2 double beds and the staff are amicable. There is a microwave oven and a fridge...

This place is super clean and located in a really nice building close to the downtown area with lots of restaurants, shops, and other hotels nearby. The staff here is fantastic, and the spot itself is up on a hill, which gives it a great view. 🌆

Loved our spacious double room, it was big and recently renovated. The location was spot-on, close to downtown with lots of awesome restaurants nearby and even Atlanta a stone's throw away! 🌆

Better than any hotel we've stayed at thus far. Lot of space. Bed was great. TV was confusing. Didn't know how to operate remote. Had a lot of extra stuff. Like desk etc. Big nice bathroom. Actually had the sink included in it instead of outside of it. We stayed for our anniversary. Was great. Also a luggage cart to carry our stuff on was great. They even had a pool! We got in for a few . That was great too. Had a huge diner area. Very pretty. Was like Florida. Just a tad smaller, of course. I recommend for families with kids! Would be great for kids. Very spacious. Cheap hotel for a beautiful stay. And by cheap I don't mean run down at all. Just a within your budget kind of cheap for a great hotel.

There wasn't much of a dislike to the room. Everything was great. One thing I actually didn't like was the fact that I did not have a night stand on my side of the bed. My hubby had one but I did not.

That the staff was nice about accommodating our issues and complaints we had, and made them right for us.

We didn't like the fact that the room book under Booked.net wasn't as nice as the room we purchased on our own back for Thanksgiving.

After a hiccup with our double room, we were graciously upgraded to a more modern and spacious room. 🌟 The location of this place is just perfect – nestled on a hill in a picturesque area that was both cozy and convenient.

The building and decor are old and need updating. The bathroom had mildew on the ceiling in the shower and the water was only lukewarm not hot!!!!

Nothing- service was bad, bedspread had blood on it, unsafe due to people putting a rock in the doorway to hold the door open.

Bad customer service, there was a problem with booking and I had to handle everything on booking .com because I booked online. Front desk clerk said she couldn't help me because I booked online. Bedspread had blood stains on it and had to call to get a fresh one. i called several days before our arriving date and asked about the pool. She said they were filling it that day. Once we got there, was told the pool was closed. Very disappointing when you have kids looking forward to it. We didn't feel very safe staying here either due to ither hotel stayers holdimg the back door open with a rock when the room key is suppose to open the door. Beds were hard. Just a bad wxperience here overall.

The staff was curtious and efficient snd the breakfast was superior. The food items even included fresh blueberries and raspberries. What a treat (in the middle of winter)!
